My love for yoga started when I was 24 and led me to do my teachers training. I have been teaching for 4 years and I keep on learning with every class.
Yoga teaches the importance of having balance in anything we do or any technique we practice. When you achieve a harmonious state in a posture where your centre of body is in line with centre of gravity, disharmony in that particular muscle will be removed.
Yoga is accessible for most people and a perfect complimentary practice for any other exercise.
